When i met Maria, she was on the fence about starting a fitness routine because she had alot of self doubt. She wasn’t sure if she was good enough to ever lose weight and failed many times in the past, trying to do it on her own.

over the course of 6 months Maria and I trained our sessions and she slowly improved her diet after she was given a proper diet plan to set her up for sucess.
Needless to say, she has lost over 35 pounds in 6 months and she is still working on her goal of losing 60 lbs and fitting into her old clothes!
